The following Terms and Conditions govern the ordering and delivery of goods
Flea MarkiT is advertising and selling products for 3rd party supplier/vendors.
The supplier/vendor ensure their attention, and quality to their products and service.
The supplier/vendor guarantee their own service, products and goods. Read their Stall Terms & Conditions.
Registration to the website
Registration to the Flea MarkiT website is optional.
However, is required if you wish to ‘checkout’ your purchased items.
You may not display, publish, copy, print, post or otherwise use the website and / or the information contained therein without the express prior consent from Flea MarkiT.
Products
FleaMarkiT.co.za is a Multivendor online shopping website.
Suppliers/vendors advertise their new, used, created, crafted and fresh products for sale.
Vendors details are easily found on the product advert.
Direct contact is encouraged, and you can made contact with the vendor for business and purchases
Returns
Returns are to suppliers/vendors policies. In such returns, products and goods must be in the same situation / condition as product picture, and as the Consumer Protection Act returned within 7 days.
Conclusion of sales and availability of stock
Orders must be placed on the Website for the products that was selected.
‘Checkout’
Correct delivery and payment details must be filled in to ensure a smooth completion of your order.
Flea MarkiT and/or supplier/vendor will not be liable for loss in case of an incorrect delivery address.
If for some reason, we do not have stock of a product, the customer will be contacted and given a choice of a refund or later delivery (Back order, on the product)
Payment
Flea MarkiT is using the secured PayFAST platform for payment transactions.
Customers may wish to pay Credit/Debit Card, Direct Internet Banking to Flea MarkiT for the product.
Flea MarkiT will pay the vendor less the banking transaction fee on product purchased.
Direct Payment
The customer and vendor may agree to Direct Banking, and/or Cash on delivery/collection of the product.
Flea MarkiT does not take commission on sales.
Delivery of goods
Direct contact with the customer and vendor will offer arrangements;
Delivery via courier
Collection – where possible from the vendors stall.
The delivery cost will be the responsibility of the buyer, accept if otherwise stated.
Quality of service
Flea MarkiT strives to offer customers and vendors a quality service for online shopping.
Suppliers / Vendors are committed in value based service to customers.
